I am curious to see what folks do of their compositions? Share with friends? Musicians?

Would be nice to have a space to share our compositions — music sheets and potentially music played– and get some peer review/feedback? A linked question is the one of license? Is there a recommended license that one should add to any composition before putting it out?

If you use MuseScore, you can post your compositions on their website publicly. Others may listen to your pieces and comment, but if you are still not getting enough feedback, you may join the Critique, Advice, and Opinion group or others of the sort. As for sharing with friends, I just send the link for my compositions to my friends via text message and email so they can listen on their own time. Letting others you know listen to your music is a sure way to get feedback since they may feel obligated to let you know how they felt about it, good or bad.

MuseScore seems to be good. Often PDF and audio file is the easiest. You could for instance upload to soundcloud, and post a link to your PDF. That way people see the score, but get good playback, or at least the playback you are hearing.
