I got a question on the ascending and descending sequences.
Are they only possible in the Inversions u point out, or are the Inversions just examples and the sequences can be used in any Inversion of the chords?

You can change the inversions. The critical thing is the root movement and the voice leading from chord to chord. Remember that root is not the same as bass movement.
