Can you explain what is to be done to complete this excercise.
Do we have to match the bass line to the chord inversions

Anytime an exercise ends with “p” it is intended for you to play through and practice them at the piano. Because I feel piano is an extremely valuable tool for composers, I want composers to get the feelings of triads under their fingers. This helps reduce the amount of effort required when composing at the piano.
