What is the best way to learn and memorize triads and 7ths, Inversions and chord spellings ? having hard time remembering all.. thx!

My recommendation is learning to play them on the piano. That will help lock them in. Also, write in every key, so you become familiar with the less comfortable keys with multiple sharps and flats.
