I know you can have double sharps and flats, but are there triple sharps and flats?

Yes there is, although it is quite rare. It is basically a sharp, and then a double sharp, right next to each other. I will make a recommendation and say that you shouldn’t use it, as it will probably just be confusing to a player, however, it doesn’t hurt to know about it.
