Applied dominant for ii° in minor chord progressions

In the workbook for Composition 101, page 61, instruction 7, it says that you can add an applied dominant to ii°, however, there isn’t the little orange bottom left square that says “V/” on the ii°, in the minor chord progression chart.

I wonder if this is a typo.
