What’s with the dashed arrows above the chart from V to IV and V to vi. I know V to vi is a deceptive cadence, but I don’t anything about V going to IV. Matter-of-fact, I remember this being a “no no.”

I am working on a new version of the chart to make this clearer, but the arrow to the IV is actually specifically pointing to the (6), meaning it is a IV6 or first inversion IV chord. The deceptive cadence is really about movement to the 6th scale degree in the bass.
