Functional Chord Progression Chart

Somewhere in the course, I can’t find where, I think you said that the functional chord chart had more uses than you had explained to date but you would do so at some other time. Am I correct in saying this? The reason why I ask is that, although I find the chart extremely useful I sometimes get trapped and I cannot find a satisfactory way out. This happens mainly when I have started by writing a melody first. I know I could change the melody to suit the chords but quite often, in my opinion. it ruins the melody that I had in mind and is not what I want to do.
Thanks for your help

I am working on a new chart, that also has common and non-common modulations. It doesn’t cover every possibility, but it covers a lot.

I’ll post about it when I have it complete.
