Does the pattern of major and minor chords in the chart change if you are working with a minor scale? Eg A minor as  tonic moves to the sixth. F major has no A flat  so it matches the A minor chord better than F minor? Does the pattern become opposite for a minor scale?

The pattern is the same in both major and minor.
