Just wondering if they are handled in the same way as major? For instance if I am in the key of C Minor doing a V/VI – VI progression that would be Eb major to Ab major correct? (Or Eb Dominant 7 to Ab Major if I was using a V7/VI – VI). Just wanted clarification! Thanks 🙂

You are correct. The dominant chord is a major chord in both major and minor keys so regardless it works the same.
